It's time to go already??

That's right, I guess when it's time to go, it's time to go. Mike can't stand it any longer and wants to hit the road yesterday! Instead of Monday, April 6, we will be leaving this Saturday, April 4th!

Feel free to join us where the Santa Ana River Trail meets the Pacific Ocean this Saturday at 6:00 a.m. for the official dipping of the rear tire, signifying the start of the journey! I know it's early, I know it's Saturday, but what on earth could you be doing that is more important than supporting Mike with a huge send off? (OK, Don't answer that).

14 Days and Counting!

It all begins two weeks from today, April 6, 2009, in Huntington Beach, California. Mike will begin his journey across the United States by bicycle at 6 a.m. from the Santa Ana River Bicycle Path where he will dip his rear tire into the Pacific Ocean to signify the start of his long journey. He will travel through, California, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and finally Yorktown, Virginia, where he will dip his front tire in the Atlantic Ocean signifying the end of his long journey and accomplishing this life long goal.
