We are in Chanute, Kansas tonight and along with the weather, the scenery has become noticeably different. It is much more wooded and floral. We believe we are at the half way point of the trip. Based on the books and maps Mike is using for routing, we should be able to reach the final destination in 33 days or less (provided the weather plays nicely).
Mike is especially happy that there seem to be fewer cows along the way to entertain me.
